Macquarie University Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ward Clerk to join our Oncology Nursing team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Oncology ward, directly supporting clinical staff and enhancing the patient experience during what can be a deeply significant time in their care journey.
As a Ward Clerk in our Oncology department, you will be at the heart of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding patient-centred care. You'll provide essential administrative support that enables our nurses, allied health professionals and accredited practitioners to focus on what they do best, caring for patients. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Ward Clerk provides high-quality administrative and clerical support within the Oncology Nursing department, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation and an excellent experience for patients and their families.
